Good morning everyone!  I can’t wait to share a little more about what #RStheCon is and what I wore to the RewardStyle Conference. It was such an honor to be able to attend this super fun event!

Not sure what RewardStyle even is?

RewardStyle is a Dallas-based company, which runs a monetization platform for fashion, beauty and lifestyle influencers just like me. The company has offices in Dallas, London, New York, São Paulo, and Shanghai. RewardStyle created Like to Know It and their shopping technology is how you are able to shop my posts across all platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and my blog site. You can also follow me on the Like To Know It app to shop all of my posts in one easy place within the app.

Why is their so much hype around the RewardStyle Conference?

Every year RewardStyle invites the top 200 influencers to attend the RewardStyle Conference in Dallas, TX. It all takes place at the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas. Invitations are based on sales performance and 2018 was my first year to attend. I was very excited and honored to be invited again in 2019! It was a big goal for me when I very first began my blogging career. Also, It is really fulfilling to have a goal to work towards and then reach your goal! It is an honor to be invited and I could NOT do it without your continued support and you ladies sharing my name and blog with friends and family. A HUGE thank you to all of you!

There is a lot of hype around the conference because it is always an amazing weekend full of brand meetings, classroom training sessions, all the major retailers are there and it is a valuable networking opportunity with top bloggers from all over the world as well.  And all of the fabulous parties and swag are pretty incredible I must admit!

It also really inspires you to continue to hone your craft and create new, bigger goals for yourself and your brand and how to better serve your readers as well. Of course, it is so awesome to get to meet all of your friends from Instagram too and actually put a face with an Instagram handle.

Do you know what every woman who attends the conference is stressing about…you guessed it…what to wear! I always stay true to my style and try to remind myself not to feel pressure to go all out when I normally wouldn’t wear over the top pieces in my normal, everyday life.

Also, I always buy things I know I will wear more than once too because there is nothing more I can’t stand than only wearing an outfit once. I also always think of things I know you ladies will love and feel good in just as much as myself. Let’s take a look at what I wore to the RewardStyle conference this year…

Thursday Travel Day Look

Since the conference was in Dallas it was only a 3 hour drive from Oklahoma City for me! Even though it was a short-ish drive, I still wanted to be comfortable. I chose to wear the cutest striped jumpsuit from Target.  The wide flared legs made this jumpsuit fun and almost resemble wearing a dress.  I am wearing a size small in it. So, I like the tie around the waist for a more flattering fit. I paired it with my go-to distressed denim jacket (even my mom has it) and tan wedges. (dupe wedges linked here).woman smiling and wearing striped off-shoulder dress to the RewardStyle Conference

Thursday Kickoff Pool Party Look

One of the first events was a rooftop pool party hosted by Sole Society followed up with private poolside dinner at Alicia Wood’s gorgeous house in Dallas. If you don’t follow her, I recommend doing so because she has amazing style and is such a sweet person.

Since both events were outside and it was HOT, I wanted a loose, flowy, yet stylish dress. I chose to wear this black and white striped off the shoulder ruffle maxi dress.  I love wrap dresses because they are very flattering on the waist. This has some flattering ruffles as well and the hi-low hemline allows your legs to peek out just a bit. Wearing size xs in the dress…it runs loose.

I did get a spray tan for this trip (Anyone else feel like a changed person after getting a spray tan?!) but normally I lean to maxi dresses because the length is great for hiding my pale legs! Haha. Naturally I had to wear some black wedges with the dress. Friday Daytime look

This was like a school day but way more fun! I learned so much on Day 1! Since we were in meetings all day, I wanted to be comfortable, but chic because you know there are a TON of photo ops! We also went to a courtyard luncheon hosted by Mary Kay. The first piece of my outfit that I knew I had to wear was a lilac blazer with gathered sleeves.  Blazers have been very trendy this season and I am here for it! I have a size 4.

Also, I bought this cream linen blazer but did not wear it at the conference. Could be worn with slacks, shorts, dresses or jeans. I opted to wear my new skinny tulip hemmed jeans with it. Also, I loved these jeans because the frayed hem added such a fun detail!  All day wear needed appropriate shoes… strappy block heels were exactly what my feet needed to be happy. They are so pretty and elongate your legs.woman smiling and wearing white top, jeans, and pink blazer to the RewardStyle Conference

One of my highly recommended Spring staples are cami’s. Cami’s were one of the top selling items across the board for all bloggers last year. I found an adorable scalloped cami. This white cami is the perfect tank top to go with any outfit (under a blazer, cardigan, jean jacket, or alone)! So, I am wearing xs. I completed the look with these cream fringe statement earrings. I got asked about them nonstop at the conference.woman holding her bag on the table

If you watch my Instagram stories, you’ll remember I finally broke down and got a Gucci belt. My first Gucci belt came in much browner than I anticipated and it was a little long in length. Also, I took a poll and ya’ll voted for me to get a different Gucci belt and I am so happy that I listened! I am so pleased with my new Taupe Gucci Belt! I got size 80. Dupe linked here. This belt tied my entire look together so well. woman wearing pink striped dress and holding a bike at the RewardStyle Conferencewoman smiling and wearing pink striped dress and holding a bike at the RewardStyle Conference

Friday Night Out Look

Ebay hosted a super fun outdoor cocktail party the 2nd night. I went with a bit more beachy look and wore this flattering pastel striped dress. Also, I wore my distressed denim jacket (I have medium in it) over my shoulders. I wore these cream and blush wedges that I love. Me and a group of girls ended the night at Mi Cocina with lots of chips and salsa, of course!woman wearing black top, leather jacket, and three toned skirt

Saturday Daytime Look

For Saturday’s meetings and classes, I wore this waist cinching flattering dress.  This super adorable Chevron Pleated Midi Dress was the TOP SELLER of the entire conference. I got such great feedback from everyone on this dress. THANK YOU! I love hearing from you on Instagram so please never hesitate to send me a DM. I am wearing size 2 in the dress. It also comes in blue and petite sizing.woman wearing black top and three toned skirtwoman wearing black top and three toned skirt to the RewardStyle Conference

I added this affordable black moto jacket over my shoulders for some of the time with the midi dress as a cold front came in. I’ve been obsessed with moto jackets for a few seasons now. They are the perfect jacket. I have small in this, but you may want to size up for sweaters underneath. This moto jacket also comes in taupe, which would be SO GOOD with my new gucci belt and taupe strappy heels.woman wearing blue lace dress to the RewardStyle Conference

Saturday Night Cocktail Finale Party

I saved my absolute favorite look for last! My lace navy cocktail dress immediately caught my eye and I knew I had to try it on. I love this dress! It comes in so many good colors…you can’t go wrong. This black one shoulder option was my other choice and I made the final call minutes before the buses came to the hotel to take us to the finale party. Talk about the coolest party ever..OMG!

The navy color paired well with my spray tan and the lace look was an elegant touch. Bought medium in this dress. I wore a backless sticky bra underneath and these awesome spanx to suck in and smooth my tummy and booty area. They worked wonders! Wore small in the spanx.woman smiling and wearing blue lace dress to the RewardStyle Conference

Every girl needs a pair of nude heels. These suede block heeled sandals are probably some of the most worn  heels by all bloggers.  They are so simple, they almost blend in with your skin tone and make your legs look SO much longer. They are the perfect formal look without going over the top and can be worn with jeans, dresses and more.woman wearing black and white dress to the RewardStyle Conferencewoman wearing hoop earrings and black and white dress to the RewardStyle Conferencewoman holding black gucci bag

Another Dress Option

I loved this black and white dress outfit as well and had pics taken in it. I just ran out of time to change so it was only worn for an hour. It is super flattering and not too short. On clearance for $34.99, which is a steal. Also, I will wear it in the fall with booties and a moto jacket. I wore it with my new cream moto jacket and black wedges.

So, I hope you enjoyed my stories and details on what I wore to the RewardStyle conference and a little more insight into what it actually is. Also, I want to thank all of you for making it possible for me to be one of the selected few to attend this event. I couldn’t do it without all your support. By using my swipe-ups and shopping with me, it helps me continue pursuing my dream and writing on this blog. Thank you again!
