Mother’s Day Gift Guide

collage of Mother's Day Gift GuideHappy almost Mother’s Day to all my fellow mama’s! My 3 children are true blessings and have changed my life for the better.  By becoming a mother myself, it’s also deepened my appreciation for my own mother and how much she poured herself into myself and my 2 sisters.  It’s so neat to see her become a grandmother and treat my kids, and my nieces and nephews, like her own.  Same goes for my mother in law! This year I wanted to share a Mother’s Day Gift Guide for all the moms out there.  Almost all of the gifts I’m sharing either have 2-day shipping or expedited shipping to get your gift here just in time!

Mother’s Day Gift Guide

K-Cafe Coffee Maker

In my house it’s common knowledge to not talk to me until I have made my coffee!  I wasn’t always a coffee drinker but in the past 10 years I have become very grateful for the magical powers of caffeine.   Keurig recently came out with the K-Café Special Edition Single Serve Coffee, Latte & Cappuccino machine.   This is what we got for the lake house and it’s awesome! This is a 2 in 1, meaning one side it makes your coffee with a pod or a latte pod and on the other side, it has a built-in frother. It is amazing! I love adding frothed milk to my coffee!

At our main house, I have this Keurig which is more basic, but I use this electric milk frother to steam and froth my half and half. It is awesome and truly has helped cut down on my trips to Starbucks! I get lots of messages every week from y’all telling me how much you are enjoying the frother and saving on trips to the coffee shop too!

Mom Fuel Mug

Speaking of mom fuel, I found the cutest coffee cup that says Mom Fuel.  Coffee really does fuel me and helps me keep up with ALL the things! As stated before, I always want to show my mother and mother in law that I appreciate them so much…a cute gift idea for them is this adorable floral mug and tumbler that says “Best Grandma.”

LV Dupe Purse

As I was writing this post, my mother texted me and requested a special present from me.  She saw on Instagram the dupe LV inspired never full tote bag I was sharing that’s a great designer dupe at a very AFFORDABLE price!  I love that she asked for this present this year because I know this will be something that she will use daily, it will serve a purpose. The LV inspired tote bag is seriously so cute and roomy.

Purse/Tote Insert

Throughout the day, the kids will randomly throw things in my purse so to keep order in any tote bag, I suggest using the Purse Organizer Insert. Seriously SO HANDY! This insert is awesome because it has pockets/dividers to keep everything in its own place! This tote and the organizer would be perfect for the new mom to be to use for her diaper bag. I used it when my kids were babies.

Day Designer Planner

I always have 50 million things running through my mind so in an effort to remember all of my to do’s I like to use a planner. I always come back to The Day Designer Planner. These planner helps me design my days and set my daily goals of what to get done. I love lists, something about crossing off the things that I’ve accomplished is exhilarating!

Happiness Journal

I shared one night on IG that I was using a gratitude journal and I received so much positive feedback from it. Being a busy mom, I think its important to remember to take care of yourself in order to take great care of everyone else. I love positivity and reminding myself as much as possible to be grateful and teach our kids the same. The 52 Lists for Happiness provides great little affirmations and journaling to help provide balance and joy. I think it’s a great thing to do, even if it’s 5 minutes before you go to bed or first thing when you wake up while you drink your coffee.

Pink and White Striped Nightgown

I have this ultra soft and comfy nightgown and I have been wearing it sooo much! The pale pink and white stripes are right up my alley and it is the softest thing. Any mom would love to wear this after a long, busy day. I have size small and its roomy.

Roomba

The Roomba Robot vacuum seems like such a time saver! I am dying to have one..hint hint Casey! I vacuum every day and I am always amazed (and disgusted) how much dirt and dust is picked up by our Dyson. Where does it all come from?! The roomba would be my best friend..the gift that keeps on giving all year long!

Tassle throw blanket

I just ordered several of these $35 tassle throws and I cannot wait to style them at the lake. Put them on your sofa, a side chair or at the foot of your bed. Tassle blankets are all the rage right now but some of them are super pricey..this is a great price point and comes in black too.

Magnolia Book

Another household essential are inspiring cookbooks..I am always hoping and praying they will inspire me to cook like a real chef! Ha! And who doesn’t love Joanna Gaines?! Not only do they help me find delicious recipes for my family but they act as great décor!  I love placing my hardcover cookbooks on my open shelves for easy access and as flattering shelve fillers.

Jade Roller

Skin care is a must for me!  I always wake up with a puffy face, allergy season has been brutal on me this year, so to help alleviate the swelling I use a face roller and I love it! The 2 sizes of the rolling stone make it so easy to massage under eyes, temples, etc. Side note: this massager works miracles on headaches too! When I have a headache, I use the big roller stone and massage my temples.

T3Micro Hair Dryer

Okay, this might seem silly to y’all but hair dryers matter! I have naturally curly hair and then I made the smart decision to add in extensions which contributed to the thickness (Totally worth it though for the hair flips! Haha.) But, I’ve spent hours, days and I’m probably up to months now of blow drying my hair. To help save me time I use the Cura hair dryer. This specific dryer has 3 heat settings and 2 speed settings; since I can choose the heat temperature it really has helped not dry or damage my hair further! Love that feature!

T3Micro Curling Iron

One of my favorite hair styling products is the Single Press Professional Ceramic Curling Iron. I filmed a quick hair tutorial the other day, and y’all scooped this iron up! It’s on sale for a few more days, so hurry! The ceramic barrel helps not strip your hair of natural oils which helps prevent hair split ends. Since I have a lot of hair, curling can be tedious work; this iron and my other T3 curling tools make my curls last for days.

MAC Lipstick

I recently treated myself to a new spring lipstick. I love the new Mac Bloom Lipstick, the perfect lightweight yet pigmented pop of color! I have the wagasa twirl shade…it’s the perfect pink for spring.

Engraved Coin Necklace

I love personalized jewelry so if you are looking for a great gift to show that you care and wanted to do something special than I recommend the Initial Disc Coin Necklace. This necklace can fit multiple initials/dates/other meaningful notes so this would be a sweet gift to put all the kids birthdays, etc.

 Gucci Belt

I wanted to share one of my top outfit accessories that has been getting a lot of good feedback.  I finally broke down and got a Gucci belt. It was definitely a splurge item, but I can’t say enough good things about my Gucci belt. I’ve worn it with jeans/dresses and much more because this accessory can be added to any outfit for a little extra pop of style. If you want a dupe option, click here.

I hope you enjoyed my Mother’s Day gift guide! I know my mom requested a certain gift this year, but hopefully she doesn’t read this blog post before Mother’s Day because she will be getting a few more of these affordable and practical items! Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful women out there! Thank you for making your family a priority every day!
