Home Decor Essentials for Valentine’s Day

collage of Home Decor Essentials for Valentine's DayHello everyone! A polar vortex is in full force but that’s not stopping me!  I shared some of my favorite ways to style Over the Knee boots earlier this week! If you missed it, I showed you how to take one pair of boots that are ridiculously CUTE and comfy, and style them to create 3 different looks! Oh, did I mention some of the boots I recommended are on MAJOR SALE?! I call that a win and a necessity!

Can you believe it’s already a new month?!

I LOVE Valentine’s Day! Who am I kidding, I love every holiday! Every holiday means a reason for sweets and a reason to decorate my home!  I wanted to share a few Home Decor Essentials for Valentine’s Day that make Valentine’s Day a little more special around the home! I know my kids LOVE when I decorate for any holiday. These home decor pieces are simple, easy to change out, the pricing is extremely reasonable, and it spreads love! Also, FYI…I added lots of blush pink to my own home decor and plan to leave a lot of it out through Easter and spring.

Home Decor Essentials for Valentine’s Day: For the Entry Way

Opalhouse Heart Wreath

This wreath is a fun piece! The artificial berries are shaped into a heart giving it a cute dimension and texture. This would be cute hung over your entry way mirror.

Opalhouse Olive Leaf Wreath

Isn’t this ADORABLE?! The artificial flowers and olive leafs are absolutely precious! On the front door or mirror?

Smith & Hawkin Flower Wreath

I would use this wreath for multiple seasons and reasons! This is perfect for Valentine’s Day, spring and summer. The off-white color is a pretty neutral color, and the texture is FAB! You could tie a little ribbon or etc. on it for whatever holiday you are decorating for.

Home Decor Essentials for Valentine’s Day: For the Living Room

Gold Heart Throw Pillow

How cute is this charming gold pillow?! The gold sequins are such a fun pop! They are great to put on your couches and accent chairs.

Snuggle Faux Fur Pillow

Subtle but pretty pillows! The pink and ivory colors go great with any color! I have the cream on my couch now. The fur is soft, and the material easily matches other fabrics.

Blush Pink Fringe Pillow

This is a glamorous pillow with flair! The blush fringe is to die for and could totally transform your space. While the pillow may be small in size it makes a great statement!

Blush Velvet Throw Pillow

This isn’t just a cute throw pillow for looks, it makes for a great comfy cushion! The velvet is soooo soft! I laid my head down on it for a few minutes the other day then next thing I knew I was running out the door almost late for kids pick up! I had fallen asleep for over an hour! Use this pillow with caution!

Celine Fringe Throw Blanket

I’m all for cozy! A throw that is versatile is ideal for me. Not only does this cute throw provide warmth but I like it to be draped over the back of the couch to add a little color. My 2 favorite colors for Valentine’s Day would be the Salmon or Silversage color.  You don’t have to use these only for V-day! This is something that you’ll get your money’s worth by using it year-round!

Heart Prayer Beads

If you keep up with me on Instagram then you know I LOVE decorating my coffee table! These prayer beads are the perfect piece to take up extra space. I like to wrap these beads around a candle or another small piece to accent it a little more.

Opalhouse Vase

This pink (Comes in 2 colors of pink! Any shade of pink works for me!) vase doesn’t even need pretty flowers! This vase speaks for itself! This would be a great piece to wrap the heart prayer beads around as well! Both shades of vases would be great to use as decor in a girl’s room too.

Opalhouse Glaze Ceramic Candle

The candle has the cutest floral engravings on the outside! I picked up a few of these candles because they smell amazing!

Opalhouse Pressed Glass Candle

A couple of things I love about this candle: It’s a soy candle so it burns up to 32 hours, smells delicious and the glass is so pretty.

Home Decor Essentials for Valentine’s Day: For the Kitchen

Cherry Blossoms in Large Vase

While I love flowers I don’t have a green thumb so artificial flowers and I are besties!  These are so pretty and I have this brand of artificial plants in my home now. This is a must for spring and summer! These are great to add height to your kitchen counters or coffee table!

Lorina Sparkling Soda Water

So yummy! These were on my list to buy this year because they are just SO pretty in the glass bottles with the pink and blue! I bought these carbonated waters as decor in my kitchen. I placed these bottles on my open shelves in my kitchen. They are an easy and stylish way to add some pink to the room!

Opalhouse Heart Table Runner

This piece is precious! The tassels at the end are so fun! Even better news is that it’s under $10!  Put this along a console or buffet table or a dining table for a nice touch.
