Amazon Kid’s Gift Guide

Popular Oklahoma Blogger, Ashley of Curls & Cashmere, is sharing her ultimate Amazon Kid's Gift Guide. Your child will be thrilled with any of these gifts!Good morning everyone! So excited to be sharing my FIRST ever Amazon kid’s gift guide!  If you missed my first gift guide of the season yesterday, it was all about the MEN! Click here to view it. These next few weeks I will be posting several gift ideas and deals on my blog and Instagram @curlsandcashmere!  You know I love to shop and share all the goodies that my family and I have and adore!

I am a proud mama; I have 3 beautiful wild children! I love spoiling my babies around the holidays! Seeing their faces on Christmas morning is one of the MOST special things. For this guide, I chose to ONLY share items that my kids actually have and LOVE. Speaking of love – I know I can’t be the only one who absolutely adores Amazon; am I right?!  There is nothing better than shopping from my phone in my cozy pj’s and then getting most packages 2 days later! Amazon is the ONLY way I shop for my kiddo’s at Christmas time! While I have went out and braved the Black Friday crowds before, I’m not one for running down the aisles and fighting over the must-have toys. Okay, you caught me, I’m not for running anywhere! My cardio is running to hide the newly delivered packages from my husband! Ha ha! Let’s begin my Amazon Kid’s gift guide of 2018…

  • Radio Flyer – Ziggle. My kids love playing outside on our long driveway.  This toy is one of my most asked questions on IG. Anytime I post a story about it, all the Mom’s want to know what this fun ride-on toy is all about. We have 2 of these ziggles; one for our 6-year-old and one for our 4-year-old. They LOVE the 360 degree spins they can maneuver with this toy! I have them wear helmets when riding any toy. Vivy (our 4 yr old daredevil) loves zooming down the driveway on this bad boy! This is a super fun alternative to a bike.
  • Razor – Ground Force Electric Go-Kart. Another of our children’s MOST LOVED and used toys. Our oldest 2 have this toy…I sometimes let Vivian ride on our oldest’s lap while she drives. It is a great beginner go-kart. It doesn’t go that fast, but they feel like hotshots driving these around our property. Each charge gets 45 minutes of use!
  • My Little Sandbox Fairy Garden. Okay, I’m a little jealous that I didn’t have this as a kid! I LOVE how creative this game is and it’s so neat to see all the fun adventures that my girls’ can have with this personal size sandbox. It works on their fine motor skills which is another plus! The sand cleans up easily with my vacuum in just a few minutes.
  • My Little Sandbox Big Builder. Hudson loves all things construction just like his Dad and Papa! This little box is so cute with building blocks and a little Tonka dump truck. I let them use this indoors on our island during the winter. It is the PERFECT quiet activity.
  • Gotrax – Hoverfly ECO Hover Board. Our oldest loves her hoverbaord. This one had such amazing ratings on Amazon, I chose to buy this exact model for her 9th birthday. It’s the perfect age for her.  She can zoom around on this thing like a champ!  Momma’s – if your kid wants you to try it, be careful! I am not going to lie, I busted my booty the first time I tried and haven’t rode it since!  I make her wear wrist guards and a helmet for safety.
  • Rechargeable Kid’s Walkie Talkies.  I love these walkie talkie’s because it’s a safe way for my kids to talk! The kids are so cute – they go to opposite ends of the house and chat. I love the bond my children have; this little radio helps them communicate. They also like to play secret agents and use these walkie’s as part of their spy gear.
  • Heely’s Kids Gr8 Tennis Shoes. These Heely’s are so cool! I’m an 80’s baby so I LOVED roller blading! I don’t know how many nights I spent at the skating rink. I love that the shoes are 1) way more comfortable/way more fashionable than the old school skates and 2) a great way for the kids to get out and get to moving! They use them indoors too. My 4 yr old cannot use these as she is not skilled enough yet.
  • Razor A3 Scooter.  Taking the training wheels off on their bike can be a challenge. I love how easily all my kids picked up using this scooter! Another benefit about this scooter is the handle raises up and down, so both my big kids and little can all share this! The scooter is super durable too! So far, it’s lasted us over 2 years of zooming around!
  • Vtech KidiSmartwatch. This is so neat! We for sure didn’t have these when I was a kid! This watch has a camera, video camera, multiple activities, games and challenges! I also like that it has an alarm setting. It’s perfect for when the kids are out playing because it lets them know when they have to come in for dinner! My little boy especially loves this watch and wears it all the time. He would wear it to school if I let him.
  • Goliath Games Who Tooted?  If you don’t have a poker face, then you need to practice in order to play this game! This game gets to be so funny because we all know toots are FUNNY! All 3 love to play together. Ha!
  • Bop It! – I like games that challenge my kids to think and act quickly. Bop It! is an oldie but goodie!
  • Magna-Tiles. I love these 3D magnet building sets that help my kids create the COOLEST buildings, towers, shapes and more. I don’t like them using electronics or TV all day, so I tell my 4 yr old and 6 yr old to go build me a surprise. They immediately run into the playroom and get busy. A great toy for ages 3-7 I would say.
  • Girl Zone: Hair Chalk. My girls love this! I must say they have chalked my hair a few times and it makes me feel like I was once a member of Spice Girls! My dream when I was younger! Haha. It is totally harmless and washes out.
  • Snuggie Tails – Shark. These are so cozy! Whenever we have family movie night, my kids are always wrapped in these fun blankets along with their popcorn! Hudson loves the shark tail – he calls himself Sharkboy like the movie!
  • Snuggie Tails – Mermaid. What little doesn’t want to be a mermaid?! These are the perfect snuggie’s  to accomplish the girls’ dream on being the next Ariel! They use these when watching a movie or in bed sometimes too.
  • Nintendo 2DS. My 2 oldest kids (age 5 and 8 at the time) got this handheld gaming system for Christmas last year. It is one of their most prized possessions. This Nintendo offers multiple game options for the kids! I always make sure we have this on road trip’s because it keeps the kids so entertained and it limits how many times I hear “Are we there yet?!”

I hope this Amazon kid’s gift guide was able to help you with ideas for your kids, grandkids, and more!  Some of the gifts are very reasonably priced and make for great birthday presents throughout the year as well! THANK YOU for taking the time out of your day to read! I hope everyone has a fabulous day prepping for Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping.
